Open the event, choose a category (e.g. 10KM), fill in participant details, add optional add-ons and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation and an e-ticket with QR code in My Events.
Yes — group registration lets one account register up to 10 participants in a single order. One group QR is issued, plus an individual QR for each participant.
Some categories have eligibility rules based on age, gender (derived from your IC), religion or nationality. Update your profile if any detail is incorrect.
Online Payment via FPX online banking, debit/credit cards and e-wallets. A compulsory RM5.00 insurance per participant (PA cover up to RM10,000) and applicable tax are shown at checkout.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Category or T-shirt size changes are possible for an RM10 admin fee.
Show your group or individual QR at the race kit counter. Crew scan it and mark each item (T-shirt, bib, medal) as collected. You can collect items separately — outstanding items stay tracked in your ticket.
Yes. Crew can search your registration by IC number after verifying your MyKad.
Earn 10 points per KM registered (21KM = 210 pts) and 2% back on orders ≥ RM100. Use them as cashback at checkout (100 pts = RM1) or redeem vouchers in Rewards.
An RM15 Welcome Voucher is issued automatically when your account is activated — including pre-registered members. Find it in Rewards → My vouchers.
Your Sijil Penyertaan is generated with your name and category after the event. Go to My Events → Completed → View certificate, or Profile → Certificates, then tap Download PDF.
Submit a request in Profile → Request crew access. Once a superadmin approves it, you can switch between Participant and Event Crew mode with the same account.
